krikey Platform — Bangladesh Players

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "Player", "User", or "you") and krikey (hereinafter referred to as "krikey", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at krikey.club.

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or using any service offered through the krikey platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the krikey platform and close any account you may have registered.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the krikey Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overarching agreement between you and krikey. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the krikey platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

krikey reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility

Use of the krikey platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. krikey operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, depositing, wagering, or accessing any real-money feature of the krikey platform.
• You are accessing the platform as a private individual acting in a personal capacity, not as a business entity, agent, or representative of any corporate body.
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party. Each account must represent a single, uniquely identified natural person.
• You are not listed on any exclusion database or self-exclusion register applicable to your use of the krikey platform.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, director, officer, or close associate of krikey or any of its business partners, game providers, or payment processors, where such a relationship would create a conflict of interest with respect to your use of the platform.

krikey reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any point during a player's use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested will result in account suspension pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the krikey platform, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one krikey account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balance held within them.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identity document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile number registered in your name, which will serve as the primary identifier for your account.
• A valid email address under your control.
• Your residential address in Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication device or code. krikey will not be held liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify krikey support immediately at [email protected].

krikey reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons for the refusal.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

krikey is committed to operating a secure, fair, and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, krikey operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. All players are required to complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal and may be required to do so at any point during their use of the platform at krikey's discretion.

KYC verification requires the submission of the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladeshi passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months. Acceptable documents include a utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where required, verification that the payment method used for deposits is registered in your name (for example, confirmation that the bKash or Nagad account used is associated with your registered mobile number).

krikey aims to process KYC submissions within 24 hours during normal operating hours. Documents submitted must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. The submission of false, forged, or altered documentation will result in immediate permanent account closure and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Deposits

All deposits to a krikey account must be made using payment methods that are registered in the account holder's own name. krikey does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the krikey platform for deposits by Bangladesh players:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

The minimum deposit amount on krikey is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction and per day, depending on the payment method selected. Specific limits are displayed within the deposit section of your account dashboard.

Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to your krikey wallet within sixty seconds of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the sending institution. krikey does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which krikey accepts no responsibility.

krikey reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified, that originates from a payment method not registered in the account holder's name, or that is suspected to be connected with fraudulent activity. In such cases, the deposit will be returned to the originating payment method where technically possible.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a krikey account may only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the krikey account from which the withdrawal is requested. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification to krikey's satisfaction.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied in full before the relevant funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Your account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, security reviews, or compliance holds.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within fifteen to thirty minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) operating hours. Requests submitted outside standard operating hours will be processed on the following business day. krikey does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving payment provider may apply their own charges.

krikey reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests. During such checks, the processing of the relevant withdrawal may be temporarily delayed. Players will be notified via their registered contact details if additional information or documentation is required.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

krikey offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail for the purposes of that promotion only.

General conditions applicable to all krikey bonuses include the following:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the stated eligibility criteria for each specific offer. Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are available to players whose accounts are verified and in good standing.
• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified) must be wagered before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each offer's individual terms.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Each bonus carries a defined validity period within which the wagering requirement must be completed. Bonus funds and associated winnings not utilised within this period will be forfeited.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless expressly stated otherwise by a specific promotion.
• Abuse and Exploitation: Any use of bonuses in a manner that krikey, at its sole discretion, determines to constitute abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play, or bonus stacking across multiple accounts — will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and may result in account suspension.

krikey reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be subject to the terms in force at the time of opt-in.

8 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the krikey platform are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing a wager.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until the krikey platform has issued an on-screen confirmation and the relevant stake has been deducted from the player's account balance. Pending or queued bets are not binding until confirmation is received.
• Palpable Errors: krikey reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were manifestly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed error, or human input error. Where such voids occur, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability of markets. krikey does not guarantee the continuous availability of in-play markets throughout any event. Acceptance of in-play bets may be temporarily suspended without notice.
• Maximum Winnings: krikey applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day across all product verticals. These limits are displayed within the relevant sports or casino sections of the platform. Winnings in excess of published limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Minimum Stake: Minimum stake amounts vary by product and market. They are clearly displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Voided Events: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or voided in accordance with the platform's governing rules for that sport, bets placed on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the relevant sport-specific rules provide otherwise.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the krikey platform. Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and may result in the matter being referred to appropriate authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the krikey platform under any name or identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any subsequent communication with krikey.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players by any means, including through phishing, credential stuffing, social engineering, or technical exploitation.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage or violates the integrity of game results.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's code or game engines. Any such vulnerability discovered must be reported to krikey support immediately. Exploitation for financial gain will result in account closure and potential legal action.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the krikey platform to deposit funds of illicit origin, cycle deposits and withdrawals without genuine gaming activity, or structure transactions to circumvent financial monitoring thresholds.
• Threatening, abusing, harassing, or intimidating krikey staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to collude with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or tournament.

10 Responsible Gaming

krikey is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming. Gaming is intended to be an entertaining activity, and krikey takes seriously its obligation to provide tools that allow players to manage their gaming behaviour. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Limits take effect immediately upon activation. Increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before coming into force.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds over defined periods. Once reached, the player will be unable to place further wagers until the limit period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure reminders to alert them when a defined gaming session duration has been reached.
• Cool-Off Period: Players may request a temporary restriction on their account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cool-off, no deposits, bets, or casino game access are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gaming is negatively affecting their life may apply for permanent self-exclusion. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Players who are self-excluded must not attempt to re-register under any other identity.

krikey operates a strict 18+ age restriction. Any player found to be under the age of 18 will have their account permanently closed and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.

11 Privacy & Data

krikey collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the krikey Privacy Policy in its entirety.

krikey collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalised gaming services. Data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption. krikey does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting krikey support at [email protected]. Certain data retention obligations may prevent the immediate deletion of some categories of data. Further details are set out in the Privacy Policy.

12 Intellectual Property

All content, design elements, software, graphics, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property displayed on or forming part of the krikey platform are the property of krikey or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the krikey platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any part of the krikey platform without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software forming part of the krikey platform.
• Using krikey's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by krikey.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the krikey platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of krikey's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by krikey.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, krikey's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the krikey platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your krikey account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

krikey shall not be liable to you for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such loss was foreseeable or whether krikey had been advised of its possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Loss arising from reliance on information published on the platform.
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Loss arising from service interruptions, platform downtime, or technical failures beyond krikey's reasonable control, including failures of internet infrastructure, mobile network outages, or third-party payment processing disruptions.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit krikey's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

14 Account Suspension & Closure

krikey reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Chargebacks initiated by the player or their payment provider without prior notification to krikey support.
• Abuse of the krikey bonus system, including multi-accounting for bonus purposes.
• Detection that the account is being operated by a person under the age of 18.
• Compliance with any applicable law, regulation, court order, or direction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, krikey reserves the right to forfeit any balance held within the account. Where an account is suspended pending investigation and no breach is subsequently established, any verified account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

You may request the voluntary closure of your krikey account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance checks.

15 Amendments to These Terms

krikey reserves the right to amend, update, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time. Whenever material changes are made to these Terms, krikey will publish the revised Terms on this page with an updated effective date. Where the changes are considered by krikey to be material, a notification may also be sent to your registered email address or displayed upon your next login to the platform.

Your continued use of the krikey platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request the closure of your account in accordance with Section 14 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The date displayed in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent version of these Terms came into effect.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute regarding the interpretation of these Terms, the English language version shall be the authoritative version. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of fair dealing applicable to online gaming services operating in the Bangladesh market.

krikey is committed to resolving disputes with players promptly and fairly. In the first instance, all complaints should be directed to the krikey support team. If a complaint cannot be resolved at the support level, it will be escalated to the krikey management team for review. krikey will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a final resolution within 14 calendar days.
